Ocean Vistas cemented its place as the Crowned Jewel of Daytona Beach Condo Living with ten lavishly adorned luxury condos earning strong sales returns in 2013. This marks a 66% increase in total sales for Ocean Vistas compared to 2012, with an average sale price increase of more than $55,000 per unit. Also, this average sale price is a massive 31% jump from sales numbers just two years ago in 2011.
Kevin Kling assisted clients in 40% of the completed sales in 2013, with two units successfully selling through 386RealEstate’s extensive marketing plan. Another unit was also sold by a Gaff’s Realtor helping our company represent 50% of all sales in Ocean Vistas in 2013.
In 2013, there was an even split in two and three bedroom condo sales, with five each. This contrasts the previous year which saw just two, three-bedroom condo sales. Most prices by floorplan also rose across the board this year, with the oceanfront, Santa Monica averaging $100,000 more per sale than in 2012.
Laguna units had an increased average sale price of more than $130,000 since 2011, while the popular Amelia unit enjoyed a nearly 30% increase in average sale value from just last year.
