Ocean Vistas, the Crown Jewel of Daytona Beach Condo Living, finished 2014 with some of the strongest sales numbers that have been seen in the history of this luxurious oceanfront building. There were 11 condo sales at Ocean Vistas last year, one more than in 2013 and nearly double the sales numbers seen just two years ago. In 2011, there were 18 Ocean Vistas condo sales, though this was at the low point of the recession, earning an average sale price that year of only $410,000. While the average sale price decreased slightly in 2014 compared to 2013, the number of two-bedroom condo sales was seven units to five units respectively, which worked to bring the average lower. However, in 2014 the sale prices of oceanfront Ocean Vistas units increased greatly over previous years.
Of course these Ocean Vistas condos, though sophisticated and stunning, didn’t completely sell themselves.
